Ed Achtel and EHA Computing
Services In my opinion there is no more competent and skilled person to solve the multitude of computer related problems than Ed Achtel. I base this opinion on the fact that he has been at my beck and call for help with all of my computer glitches and freeze ups since about 2006. All it took was a phone call which he always answers promptly and soon arrives at my front door ready to go to work and get the things figured out and repaired. He has even been able to remotely take over my computer when I am far away from Sarasota in Worthington, Minnesota and get rid of computer trash, repair mal functioning applications and programs and get me going again. In this latter regard, he even recognized that as a practicing physician, I had to have access to the same files on my separate computers in both Sarasota and in Worthington. He got me signed up for the facility in the clouds, Dropbox, and bingo, I no longer to carry a load of papers on my frequent plane trips between Minnesota and Florida. All I have to do is sign on to Dropbox and there are the entire files ready for me access them. Besides being a skilled computer program fixer, he has helped set up my new computers each time that I replaced the old ones. He does this task almost effortlessly and it has saved me from having countless numbers of potential headaches. Finally, he has been a good friend and has never declined my requests for assistance, even at night when I finish my day at the Clinic. What a guy!

| I was very fortunate the day I met the owner of EHA Computing Inc. and he attended to my computer needs. I have a small computer network and utilize a remote company server and maintain all records, including financial records, for nine businesses in New York, New Jersey and Florida. The loss or corruption of my data would be devastating. EHA Computing has never allowed that to happen because I followed his advice. Every time I have a problem, whether big or small, EHA Computing has addressed the problem and repaired the problem very quickly. I have known and used E.H.A Computing and Ed Achtel for both my
home computing and also the Business, Sea Crest Apartments,
where I was a manager for 11 years. Not only is Ed extremely
knowledgeable in all areas of computing but he is dedicated to
the service he provides to his customer. I
have needed him on several occasions both after hours, and in
emergency, and his response is instant. He
always makes assistance available quickly and personally returns
calls in quick and reasonable time. In both my business and my
personal computer needs, I wanted someone that I could trust to
not over charge me, stand behind his work, and get me up and
running quickly when the need arose. I

| Eddie Achtel has
kept my business up and running, minimizing downtime and devising
solutions on the fly to bizarre situations, which has kept me
online, serving clients, doing deals, and making money. My business
would have crashed, on multiple occasions, if it weren’t for his
computer wizardry. Eddie has been my computer support guru for 13
years for my executive search business, which relies on four core
pieces of technology – phone service, internet connection, my
monster Outlook email files, and my proprietary database which dates
back to 1980. And Eddie serviced this business prior to my
purchasing it 13 years from the founder who’d been using Eddie for
probably 10 years, as well! When I relocated my business from
Sarasota, FL to southeastern Wisconsin over seven years ago, I was
pretty much panicked about what I was going to do for computer
support. Again, Eddie devised a solution that allowed him to solve
my issues remotely. He has saved me from complete data meltdowns and
blank screens on a number of occasions – and done so from a
distance. And he is always upbeat, friendly, smiling – every
interaction. Though it means I’m in (business) pain when I call him,
I am honestly happy to talk with him and work with him. He really
takes some of the pain out of frustrating situations just because he
is so pleasant! I would pay Eddie well more than he charges (which
has always been very, very fair) because he simply provides me peace
of mind. I know when I’m in dire straits, he will come through for

computer “wizard” … and has been for over 12 years. I’ve come to

Over the years he has assisted my family and me with all of our computer challenges. His knowledge and expertise is beyond compare. Eddie has provided excellent services in guiding us through all of this.
